AirPlay video issue since iOS 8.3

IInstalled iOS 8.3 tonight and now streaming my videos from the photos app via AirPlay to Apple TV 2nd gen is terrible. It takes ages to start, stutters and freezes. Other AirPlay functions like streaming music or photos to Apple TV seem fine. It's afflicted all out devices iPhone and three iPads. Anyone else see this it able to also test. Maybe it's isolated to the older Apple TV 2nd gen - I tried both 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi plus another access point - same freezes on all. Pretty frustrated. All other things wifi seems absolutely fine and relatively speedy other than this possible glitch
