Safari IOS 8 will not remember passwords!!!

I have keychains turned on, I have safari names &passwords turned on, I am not browsing privately. The saved passwords is empty every time I look, so there's nothing there to edit. Every single time I go to a website that is supposed to remember my password, I have to log in all over again. SOOOOOOOFRUSTRATING!!!!!!
