IPOD 5 WONT INSTALL IOS 8.3

I keep trying to download it but it says an error has occurred ?! please help!

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 8.1.3

Keep trying. You can try connecting to your syncing computer and update via iTunes.

I suspect the servers are just overloaded
