iOS 8.3 - Camera Roll not in chronoligical order on iPad

I have upgraded my iPad Air 2 and my iPhone 6 to iOS 8.3 only to find that only on my iPad is my camera roll out of chronological order.

This problem did not happen on my iPhone.

I had tried erasing and reinstalling from my backup, to no avail.

Any ideas?

Purchase Photo Transfer App. Then copy all your photos and videos (make sure you get full resolution) to your computer. Then delete them all off the phone...empty recently deleted to really get rid of them.

Then run Photo Transfer app on phone and use the web option where you go to your computer and use browser and connect to phone by putting in the IP address...app gives you the IP

Typical format:

http://10.1.5.145:8080

Then make sure album is set to All Photos

Then choose upload photos.

Then browse to your files, then choose custom files and choose all files. This gets pics and videos. Make sure they are sorted by file name or date or whatever you want (I used file name) then select about 300 of them and choose Open. The upload starts. It puts the pics and videos back in the cameral roll in exactly the order you selected them.

I have been struggling with this for days. This solution solves the prob so I thought I would share.

my iPhone 5s and 6+ are fine, but my iPhone 6 holds photos only until last October (2014) in Camera Roll.

I don't see any Recently Added folder or anything.. It's still available on Photos Collection view, but I think it's totally unnacceptable that apple is messing with the normal camera roll again (like they first did in iOS 8, before a fix to bring back the normal Camera Roll)

I am having the same issue - all of my photos in my Camera Roll are completely out of chronological order after updating to iOS 8.3 on my iPhone 5S.

I have almost 7,000 photos stored on my phone and they are now organized in a completely random order after the update.

They are in order when I view them as "Moments" under the "Photos" tab, but I look at my photos in the Camera Roll most often and this is now totally jumbled.

Help, Apple! Fix pls.

Same problem, now I am worried some might be missing...Always hated apples camera roll (trying to sort large amount of photos you never know whats already been put into an album)

Just went to attach some things to a kik and realized the "recent photos" were all from months a go...went into camera roll and yep all screwed up

Having the same issue, with my iPhone 6. All of my images are in the correct order in the moments folder.

While the camera roll tab has all of my images in a completely random order, which is annoying as this has always been the way I view my photos.

Seems the last few updates I have done have come with some kind of issue. On a side note, I would like to be able to get rid of the iwatch app which I will never use.
