Apr 9, 2015 8:42 AM in response to giorgosathensby juancho7,Add me to the list. No Touch ID for App Store or iTunes purchases. Prompts me for a password everytime. Even tried turning off Touch ID for everything, rebooting the phone, then turning it back on. Nothing. It does still work to unlock the phone or to login to certain Touch ID enabled apps though.
Iphone 6 / 64gb / IOS 8.3 upgrade from iTunes

Apr 9, 2015 9:09 AM in response to rojas01420by joeshong, you managed to purchase stuff on App Store using touch ID?
Oh man... a complete reset is too time consuming but may be the only way. Can you confirm you can use touch ID to make purchases in App Store?

Apr 9, 2015 10:11 AM in response to giorgosathensby victor158,Same thing here. Not working.
- Had a soft reset - didn't work.
- Did a hard reset - didn't work.
- I have turned off touch ID on all options, signed out of my apple ID, restarted, reset everything and got the same issue. Prompted with a password login. I can still log in with touch ID.
- Tried again Deleted all finger prints, signed out of my apple ID, restarted. Went back and set up all my fingerprints again, turned everything back on, same issue. I noticed it said NEW fingerprints, so figured I would try this to no avail.
- Turned off touch ID period so that I could get the password prompt. Ensure that always ask for password was selected. Restarted. Turn touchID back on, prompted for a password again even though TouchID is enabled for all purchases.
I did notice that the password for iTunes has lasted a lot longer than 15 min. I now have to request refunds for a few apps because I was testing the difference and it did not prompt me for a password once you sign in with one.
This is a 8.3 issue and I highly doubt resetting your device is going to resolve anything. If everyone would please leave some feed back so that the Apple Support team will pay attention it would be appreciated. http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html.

Apr 9, 2015 10:47 AM in response to giorgosathensby Morac,Not working for me on my iPhone 5s or my iPad Air 2 either. I wonder if this has anything to do with the prompt I received the first time I "bought" a free app after upgrading to iOS 8.3. It asked me if I wanted to require my password every time or once every 15 minutes (I chose always). I don't know why it asked this considering when Touch ID is enabled it always prompts. As such I think it's a bug related to the new Password settings and Apple just didn't test it.
