My ipod shuffle is not working at all.

Hello,

I ve got an iPod shuffle that is not working at all. It s not even a year old. I used it twice and it does not react to anything. I connect it to itunes and it wont show.

The red light flashes once when I connect, but that s it. Nothing more.

I tried to reset, tried to charge at a socket. Just nothing.

Does it sound like a faulty product?
