Q: Im so confused

Does backing my phone up save my photos and if it does will my photos go to the other phone that I am getting from the back up

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1, Backing up an iPhone 4 to a 5s

You can restore a different device using another backup file (iTunes of iCloud). Backups include your photos.
