keyboard freezing iOs 8.3

I recently download the new iOS 8.3 update and it seems it's locked or has frozen my keyboard in certain apps.

Those apps being Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Hangouts, Apple store and Itunes.

Also I cannot start or send new text message, well because the keyboard is not responding.

I've restarted my phone several times.

Also my 6 is only about 2 weeks old. helppppppppppppppppppppppppppp!
