Is it possible to reset Photos' Library?

Is it possible to reset Photos' Library?

I installed it on Dropbox and it is causing a lot of issues. I do not see how to change the location in the settings of the program.

I tried to sync my iMac and my MacBook's photos libraries but I see now it does not work this way.

Quit Photos.

Move the library out of Dropbox.
Launch Photos again while holding down the alt/options key to bring up the Library Chooser panel
Select your Photos Library.

When Photos launches, open the preferences panel and select the Library as the system library on the General pane.

It is not guaranteed, that the library will work at all, after being stored in Dropbox. In that case restore the library fro the last backup you made, before you moved the library to Dropbox.
