Q: 5c Calendar


My calendar is available, but I am not able to enter information. I can type the info, but it doesn't save to the calendar.

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.1.3

    Hi Lynda,

     

    Thank you for contributing to the Apple Support Communities.

     

    It sounds like you're trying to add events to the Calendar app on your iPhone, but they are not being saved.

     

    If you're using iCloud calendar, I recommend all of the troubleshooting steps in the "iOS" section of this article:

     

    Get help using iCloud Calendar - Apple Support

     

    If you're using another calendar account (for example, one provided by Yahoo or Google,) many of the same steps can also be helpful with troubleshooting this situation.
