I have the iPhone 5c and I updated my phone to the iOS 8.3.
I love the update and everything that came with it. But, when I went to check my voicemail.. The visual screen was gone and it went directly into calling voicemail.
I may like the update but if I had know it would do this, I never would have got it.
Any advice on how to fix it?!

I had the same problem.
I called my voice box and disabled Visual Voice Box, and then reenabled the Visual Voice Box.
Now it works fine.

@rstuess I tried the thing that you had said and there were no option to turn on/off my visual voice box. Could you tell the prompts to get there?

I called my voice Box. In the Menu of the Voice Box (service of the provider) you can enable/disable Visual Voice Mail.
