How to permanently delete apps in iTunes?

I can't permanently delete my apps in itunes. I tried to click my iphone > Apps >

It sends me to the a list of all the apps I've purchesed, and if I'd deleted it, it says install, and if I hadn't it says remove. There is no permanent delete option. Nothing happens when I right click or press the delete key in my keyboard. I really need your help because my phone's memory is being full.

Hey there comealongpie,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

From what I gather, your’e trying to free up some storage space on your iPhone using iTunes on your PC, and you're concerned because apps aren't being deleted from iTunes on your PC. Take a look at the article linked below which clarifies the process of syncing and organizing apps on your iOS device using iTunes.

Also, take a look at this article which will walk you through the process of deleting apps from the device itself.
