Categories on my MacBook are empty
I Have many files that I have stored in different categories iniBooks on my iPad, when I open iBooks on my MacBook Pro the categories are there but not the files.

YYes I have read this many times.
I Will give you an example, I am a construction project manager and receive bids on jobs via email. They ar different formats but mostlty PDF, so I open them in iBooks on my iPad and move them to the correct categories I have created for different jobs, when I sync to my mac book and open iBooks on the MacBook the categories are there but no files.
Follow this thread, it's not the solution, but a work around. Use it if you want.
