Q: I made an in app purchase but it hasnt come through

I made an in app purchase with the app Moviestarplanet.

It took my money (39.99) but it has not come through, please help.

I haven't received an email receipt but on the app it says pending or failed..

iPod touch, iOS 8.1.3

I made an Apple Watch purchase via Apple Pay online this morning but have not received an email receipt. My AMEX shows pending
