Server 4.1 can not log in Administrator

Server 4.1 can not log in Administrator

i just upgraded to Server 4.1 and tried to delete some users. It asks me to authenticate and login as the administrator, but the user names and passwords to thosemaccoungs do not work. Despite the user accounts clearly visible on the list and showing they are administrators, one account continually shakes indicating the password is wrong, and the other account returns an error saying "The user xxxx is not an administrator on this directory node. Oh, yes it is.

I Cant seem to log in with any of the accounts (yes i am sure the administrator names and passwords are correct).

Now what?

having the same issue. It says my user is not an admin on this directory node, but when I look up the user the "can administer this server" checkbox is checked. Resetting the password as the above article shows does absolutely nothing.

Can't add users at all to server. Am I going to need to reinstall the OS from scratch? :-(

was able to get it working by using diradmin user for changes

I followed this:

But, it was failed!😢 The screen show>

Result: Server is unwilling to perform (53)

Additional info: APPassword ChangeAllowed failed

I'm using 10.10.3

On above, I change the password same as local admin, then it can't be changed. Then, I changed into other password (not same as local admin), it let me do it!

I can use diradmin now!
