Is there a way to recover my bookmarks from the cloud that were deleted in a sync from another browser?

I've had by bookmarks synced for years across my browsers with no problems. I recently purchased a new PC and added the iCloud interface to sync my bookmarks with Firefox and now they are gone, Firefox because the dominate list instead of downloading from the cloud. Hoping those bookmarks from a previous date are still there to download.
