How to change the background color in Photos 1.0?
The new Photos 1.0 doesn't seem to let the user change the background color (like you can in iPhoto) - or perhaps it does?

Why do they take away things like this? It's not like it adds massive bulk t the app or lines and lines of menu choices. It could even be buried in a right-click menu, but leave practical, standard stuff in!
