Apr 13, 2015 12:25 PM in response to jdcnlcby jumper1179,I'm experiencing the same issues too now. I've restarted the phone plus did a hard reset erasing the entire phone and restoring from back up. Problem still exists; appointment this coming Thursday. I called Apple and the gentleman on the phone stated no one was experiencing this issue. Internet research begs to differ as many people are now complaining about it after 8.3 released.

May 3, 2015 3:46 AM in response to giga2by jdcnlc,Sorry to have left the support dialogue for a few weeks. After 2 lengthy phone calls with Apple support, they agreed to replace my phone. Apparently, a hardware problem with the camera. I'm currently running 8.3 with a new phone & all is well. I would suggest, if your phone is still under Apple warranty, then request a replacement phone.

Jun 24, 2015 11:13 AM in response to jdcnlcby Ony,I was having the same issue with my 6P. Brought it to the Apple Genius Bar today and they replaced the camera hardware under the 1st year warranty. I was told It is a known issue with the 6 and 6P due to their new, slim design. Not sure what causes the issue but a theory is if at some point you drop your phone (who doesn't?), it can cause the flimsy camera focusing apparatus to dislodge even if its a minor drop with no external damage.
