Q: Photo edits not syncing

I enabled iCloud Photo Library on my iPhone and am using the new Mac Photos app. However, if I make an edit to a photo on the iPhone or the Mac, the edits do not sync to the other device. Also, the edits do not show up using the icloud.com Photos view.
