error code 0xE 8000005

I am trying to re sync all my apps to Ipod touch 64 GB 5th Gen after a serious crash and restore. It loads the icons to screen and says loading but then, ITunes sync says items could not b e synced see iTunes. on Checking they all say error occurred 0xE8000005. I have checked Any help would be appreciated.
