how can i activate my iphone 6+ without simcard

Unfortunately you have to have a SIM card in the device and that SIM card has to be from the carrier that the phone was originally meant for if the device is not unlocked. On a side note, the SIM card does not have to be on an active account, but it does have to have a SIM in the phone to complete the activation process.
