Q: iPhone 5S Back Camera not working.

Since yesterday I've been having trouble with my back facing camera. Front camera is fine (although occasionaly the image is sideways?), but when I switch to the back camera, a frozen blurry outline of what the front camera was facing appears, and sometimes it is just a black screen. I am then unable to switch back to the front facing camera without closing the application. This happens using the camera application. In apps such as snapchat, it wont even switch to the fuzzy back camera and remains on the front one. Tried closing applications, restarting phone, and updating software but no change! Help?
