If changing your password does not solve, then contact iTunes support

If you've get an alert "your Apple ID is disabled/locked for security reasons." you need to contact to iTuned Department upon issue.

But, you can besides try to reset your password through appleid.apple.com and try to fix issue by yourself if your Apple ID is only locked and DS ID Lock is on.
