I own an ipad 3 that runs on ios 8.3. How can I transfer photos in dropbox to it?

I believe that dropbox has an app. Put the app on your iPad, sign in and you should be able to download your photos

After you download the app;

1. Tap photos.

2. Tap the photo.

3. Tap the share icon.

4. Tap save image.
