In layout, I cannot access or scroll to the bottom to make changes in the screen control inspector. I have 3.1.1. Any help is appreciated.

You must first select a screen control in the layout window. Click on a keyboard, pedal, etc. to access the parameters in the screen control inspector.
Thanks...I've tried that but when I'm in layout and select a round knob, I cannot access the whole screen. As you can see, there is more below but no scroll ability.
You can't scroll the screen control inspector in layout. To see all parameters enlarge the screen(green dot upper left corner).
This is not a matter of changing parameters to enlarge. It does not allow you to get to the text box. I am on a 13" macbook pro with exactly the same problem. Does anyone have a solution to this?
Agreed. I'm on a 15" MBP and having the same issue. Definitely not a parameter sizing issue.
Having the same issue in version 3.2.4, on a 15" MPB.
Maybe the quick help box in the lower left corner is blocking some parameters from view. Select help>uncheck quick help.
