Crypto Wall 3.0 Virus

I set up parallels and Windows 7 profession for school since I am taking programing classes. I got the Crypto wall virus, it attacked all my files including my mac files. I got rid of parallels and windows and my files are still encrypted. How do I get my files back? Am I better off wiping my whole Hard drive and starting off new? Help!

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
