Apr 10, 2015 8:38 PM in response to malekebrahemby Loner T,Your 2012 MBP supports OS X and Windows. Any additional partitions created by users are not allowed. Two system partitions - EFI and Recovery HD are internal for the Mac to work.
You need to use Bootcamp Assistant to create/delete partitions. Do not use any other tools for partitioning. Do not use Disk Utility to partition your disk. If you have, then delete all such manually created partitions. Once you have cleaned up the disk, the only partition visible normally to a user is OS X. At this point use

Apr 11, 2015 6:45 AM in response to malekebrahemby Loner T,The TechRecipe article is old. Some of the commands still apply, but it is a very custom solution.
Yes, there is a way to create a custom hybrid MBR to accommodate additional partitions.
1. This is a very fragile arrangement, and any Apple Software upgrade can break it.
2. Any Hybrid MBR changes require this process to be repeated every time it breaks, which you should be willing to undertake.
3. If you want to do this, and maintain it, please post the output of the following commands from OS X Terminal?
diskutil list
diskutil cs list
sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
4. Sudo command require your password, which is not echoed back to you. You may also see a warning about improper use of sudo and potential data loss.
5. Can you describe what exactly are you trying to establish?
6. You previous attempt with exFAT failed, because your Mac requires a Hybrid MBR which maps the GPT to a MBR using a one-to-one mapping.
7. If you just want to run OS X and Windows, and do not want to run any custom disk partitions, you should use Bootcamp Assistant. If it is failing, it can be addressed.

Apr 11, 2015 7:01 AM in response to malekebrahemby Lexiepex,If you want to live on both sides of the world, use a Virtualizer (ParallelsDesktop, VMwareFusion, VirtualBox). You can make more VirtualMachines in one Virtualizer. Format the Windows virtualMachines as NTFS. Easy reading writing copying etc between the VirtualMachines and OSX. There is a comparison of the Virtualizers (and Bootcamp) here:

Apr 11, 2015 9:44 AM in response to malekebrahemby Loner T,In Disk Utility, please delete Untitled 2 (use the Disk Utility and the "-" sign). At this point you have only one partition. Drag the bottom right corner of the partition to the maximum it will allow you to. Post the output of the same commands.
