new macbook 2015

I just tried the new MacBook at the local Apple Store.

It's not underpowered compared to my 2 1/2 year old MB Air. It seems faster.

Probably because of faster DRAM and better graphics.

Retina display, Keyboard, and Force Touch are great.

I understand the next model will be even better, but I need a lighter and more compact laptop now.

I ordered one for 3 week delivery. Can't wait until it arrives.

And I'm not concerned about the dongle required.

This "laptop of the future" approach will change the world!

Thank You Apple for pushing the envelop again!

I do wonder where to find a lower cost USB-C docking station or dongle? Thanks for any suggestions!

Other brands of USB-C adapters and cables are expected to be offered this summer

from makers such as Belkin and another, have both advised they will be doing this...

At the present, there are a few adapters in the Apple Store online, a representative

image of some which were listed recently appears in this capture of screen:

And a recent article about the new MacBook and its USB-C port + adapters, is linked here:

In any event...

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂
