I have just installed the latest Yosemite update, my iMac restarted but fails repeated. The error message that I get is below. I have tried reinstalling OS X but it produces the same result. Help please!

I Just fixed mine last night after reading that someone had success after uninstalling ManyCams. It took care of my issue entirely so if you have ManyCam consider Uninstalling.
AH that's interestin, I have that application. Will delete it and see if it helps thank you
