I suspect that will be a false positive. Which AV is reporting it as a problem?

Bonjour is needed for wireless sync, remote control, and home sharing. If you don't use any of those features you could see if uninstalling has any impact.

The threat was identified in a scan with AVG Internet Security 2015. As the result of the post in the Apple Community Forum I noted that Bonjour could contain the threat (Trojan horse generic). I have uninstalled Bonjour and a further complete scan did not identify any threat.
