Apr 12, 2015 12:29 AM in response to RicKreationsby Ethmoid,I believe that iWeb uses flash, which is okay on a computer, but you can't get flash on an iPhone, which is why your site would display as under construction.
If you only have one page, then why not re-build it in another application that is actually fully supported and is being regularly updated, which iWeb is not - is has not been sold or supported by Apple for the last 3 years at least and does not use the most up-to-date technology.
Take a look at the other alternates out there such as Rapid Weaver, Sandvox, Freeway Pro/Express 7, WebAcappella 4, Flux V and EverWeb.
You can download trials of most to see if you like them before you buy them.

Apr 15, 2015 4:52 PM in response to RicKreationsby snybe,Had the same issue on the ipage.com host and had to edit my .htaccess file on how to handle mobile browsers.
In my case I commented out (#) any commands for a mobile browser since my page show up fine on any browser.
# mobile rules
# ----------------------------------------------------
#RewriteRule ^$ /mobile/index.html [S=1,PT]
#RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /mobile/$1 [PT]
I # out the RewriteRule lines.
Hope this gets you headed in the right direction.
Thanks!
