App store wants to update a program already updated

App Store shows me that iMovie was updated a week ago, but is still trying to update it again. Any way to fix this?

Search "This Mac" in the Finder for outdated copies of the app and delete any you find.

I also have this problem, since upgrading to El Capitan. There is only one version installed (Numbers 3.5.3), and it's the same version that the App Store wants to install.

Suggestions?
