Q: Three finger drag

Why did this feature move to accessibility? This is one of the best features of the trackpad that no one has replicated yet.

MacBook Air (11-INCH, MID 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

This is not just in Accessibility. In 10.10.3 on my MacBook Pro this setting is still available in the Trackpad preference pane, as always.

This is was the first thing that I was about to set on my macbook. Yes why this option now is located in Accessibility why can't it be where it always was. Apple please stop changing things around. This option is not for disabled people its what I use every day to move my windows around !!!!

My guess is, with the new force touch track pads there is an easier way of doing this function with just a little bit of pressure.   Therefore, the three finger drag would only be necessary for those that have difficulty applying the needed pressure.  Hence the accessabilty.
