New ios 8.3 update has deleted all my shared photo albums...help

I updated both my ipad air 2 and iphone 6 plus to the new ios 8.3 and all of my shared albums vanished. I had to start the process of sharing albums all over again. The people I had shared the albums with still have all of my photos and I am still the 'owner' of the album but am unable to access it. Has anyone else experienced this after updating. All of my other photo's are still there...just my shared albums are missing.
