Q: My iPhone 6 plus won't backup help

My iPhone 6 plus won't backup, I've tried turning backup off & on, I've gone through my last backup & turned everything off, I've deleted my last backup & still it won't backup, anyone got any more ideas? Thanks.

How are you trying to backup, iTunes or iCloud? Do you see an error message when you attempt to backup? What troubleshooting have you tried except deleting your last backup?

I am trying to backup to iCloud & it just tells me it backup could not be completed.

Are you connected to Wi-Fi? Do you have adequate space in iCloud to hold the backup? Did you click on the Backup Now option?

Yes, yes & yes, I am on my home wi-fi & have tried on a personal wi-fi hotspot while out, I had enough iCloud space before, but after deleting my last backup I've got loads & my phone stopped automatically backing up, so have been trying using the backup now button.
