Q: Sharing to Facebook not enabled in  new Photos application

I have the new Photos and when I go to share an album I get the options "iCloud Photo Sharing" "Flickr" and "AirDrop".  The 4th option is "More" which takes me to the extensions.  I have the Facebook extension enabled, but I cannot see where to log in to my facebook account in order to post the photos (It does not show up in the drop down choices)

Any thoughts?

From Photos Help: Post photos to Facebook, Flickr, and Twitter

You can publish your photos and video clips directly from Photos to your Facebook, Flickr, or Twitter account.

Sign in to your Facebook, Flickr, or Twitter account

Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Internet Accounts.

    Click Facebook, Flickr, or Twitter.

Type your user name and password, then click Next.

After enabling the extension and logging out of my computer I was able to see the Facebook share in the menus.

I am still struggling with sharing an entire album with all the titles and descriptions.   The only way I was able to share an album was to individually upload them to an album.  When I selected multiple photos (in Photos) I was notable to share to facebook.  Any suggestions?

Same issue. It will let me do ~30 at a time, but not the whole album.

There's a limit of 50 photos per upload, so you may want to make sure you're not selecting more than 50 photos (or that the album doesn't contain more than 50).

    Hello,

    Please follow the following steps:

1)Make sure you have the latest update which is OS 10.11.4 ( you can check your Mac by clicking on the Apple on the top left corner of the screen and select about this Mac. You should then see the version number stated as OS 10.x.x)

    2) You can upload photos to Facebook using 2 different ways: the first one to directly upload them to Facebook.com and when you click add photos/ upload the finder window will open up and you can scroll down the sidebar on the left to the media section and select photos. The second way is to do it within Photos by clicking the shared icon that you tried to do but you received the error.

    3) To fix that error, open system preferences and select internet accounts. Then select Facebook from the list on the left side and click the minus sign on the bottom left corner to remove it from the list. Then click on the plus sign on the bottom left and add the Facebook account again.

-Close the Photos app and reopen it before trying again.
