my full-screen green button doesn't work when i press it.

What do you mean when you indicate "Full Screen" mode? If you mean true full screen mode, you need to click on the two arrows in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. To exit that type of full-screen mode, slide your cursor up toward the corner until the arrows appear in blue, and click on them to go back to normal screen mode.

We are going to need a clearer explanation of what happens when you press the green button, and what you mean by "all possibility to go in full-screen" doesn't work.

What exactly is happening? What windows do you have open? What troublshooting steps have you tried? Have you tried rebooting your computer?
