What is Retro run and why doesn't it have the proper security settings?

Every time I start up or restart my MacBook Pro I get a dialogue box stating that Retro run was not started because it doesn't have the proper security settings.

What is Retro run and why doesn't it have the proper security settings?

If it's not important, how can I disable Retro run so that my MacBook Pro will no longer even try to start Retro Run during startup?

Thanks

Kappy, Do you know how long ago I installed Retrospect?

And how was I to know that Retro Run had anything to do with Retrospect? I thought it had something to do with one of the zillions of mini-components of OS X and would never take it upon myself to delete any of those component pieces.

I resent your trying to make me feel dumb. I do my best. I came to this site looking for help and exposing my ignorance. I feel you took advantage of that.
