If you are unable to Disable automatic login on your Mac, then you may have FileVault enabled on your Mac. If you want to disable automatic login with FileVault enabled, please see the article below. To check if you have FileVault enabled, simply click on the tab FileVault which is displayed in the Security & Privacy window as depicted in your screenshot.
