Buying a Macbook from a 3rd party retailer, will I be covered by Apple?

I am looking to buy a Macbook Pro from a 3rd party, and was wondering if Apple would repair it in the event of something going wrong in the first year?

Would I be able to take it into an Apple store and have them look at it, or would Apple tell me to return it to the retailer?

It also appears from the advert, that this Macbook may have been imported/being shipped from the USA (I'm in the UK), as it has a US adapter with it (a US>UK adapter is included). Would this cause any problems? Would a UK Apple store refuse to help, with it being from the US?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Ryan.

The UK does not support the warranty on a US-purchased Apple product.

Not true. The only Apple products that don't have an international warranty are the ipad and iphone. All Mac computers can be repaired anywhere there is a service center. The country you bought the product in does not matter.

OP, you will be fine as long as you buy from an authorized reseller.
