, we ( the family ) must be recover vital documents on iphone 3g of him , l

ockscreen blocked from too much tries , device never be connected to itunes on a computer

can apple help us to retrieve datas? sry for bad english, , we can pay for help? tnx for every help we can give us !

yes this is not a problem one week is from fact, but the problem is can they recover data from the device directly ? the iphone is very old and he don't use computers only this phone , i have to go to apple center with that certification to solve the problem ?
