Unable to load safari on ipod.

Hi there,

Since installing 8.1 some time ago, I've been unable to load safari on my ipod touch. I've restarted it and deleted the pages (the thing you do when you double click the home button, sorry not sure of the technical name). When I try to start safari it loads a mainly blank screen and then goes back to the home page after a few seconds.

Hoping someone can give me a solution!

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Go to Settings>Safari and Cleal Cookies, Data and History

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
