Computer Crashed While in Bootcamp Partition and Cannot Find Startup Disk (Screenshots)
Alright, so I used bootcamp to install Windows 7 Enterprise on my computer several months ago. I was using it tonight, and I noticed the bluebar at the bottom of the screen and all the icons on the desktop disappeared after several hours of normal use. I still had two windows of firefox open, but I needed to access the start menu. I turned off the computer and turned it back on. It loaded to the Windows 7 login screen fine. I didn't even log in, because I was doing something else. Two minutes later, it had the blue screen with white text. I turned it off and turned it back on, I got the message that said "No bootable disk --- insert boot disk and press any key" in white text on a black screen. Turned it off and on again, apple startup sound rings out, and the gray screen is there for several moments, but then it goes back to the black screen with that message on it.
Looked up the shortcut to get to the disk selection menu at startup (hold down the option key), and it ended up bringing me right to the recovery menu. Turned it off and tried again and it brought me back to the recovery menu. When I say recovery menu, I mean the internet recovery menu (I have a mid-2012 macbook pro). Plugged into a router and it loaded properly. Then I ran disk verification, and it said the image is okay. However, when I go to select disk startup, it's completely blank. Here are some screenshots:

One thing stands out to me. I only have 38 Mb available? I'm not sure I understand what that means, but it's strange to me.
What do I need to do here?
