Forgot Answers To My Security Questions - Apple ID

Hi everyone,

I forgot my answers for my security questions and I have been searching through the internet for help. But I still haven't find an answer to solve it yet!
NOTE: I live in Cambodia so there's not way for me to get contact by phone to the Apple Store.

I tried to follow this instructions:

Reset your security questions

Go to My Apple ID.
Select Manage your Apple ID and sign in.
Select Password and Security.
Select “Send reset security info email to [rescue email address].” If you don't see a link, contact Apple Support for help.
Go to your rescue email address to open the reset email. Follow the steps in the email to set up new questions and answers. Didn't get the email?

I CANNOT find the "Forgot your answers?" under the question.

What can I do to solve it?
please help me anyone!

As you don't have a rescue email address on your account (if you did then you would see a reset link on your account) and Cambodia isn't on this page : https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204169

then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses
