review account information i have problem when i complete information

for first time when i want to use my apple id in apple store , i should first review my apple id , and then i have this error : User uploaded file

If you haven't already done so then you need to do as the message says and contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption


Or you could try adding your payment details and see if that gets the message to clear.

In the 20 months since I posted that Apple have changed their website, if you'd looked at the page you would have seen that the contact link is now top right :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
