Q: icloud will not save payment information

Alternatively, you can edit your payment information in the iTunes Store.

If you're using OS X Mavericks or earlier, you can use the steps below or update your payment method in the iTunes Store:

 

1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click iCloud.
2. Click Manage in the lower-right corner.
3. Click View Account.
4. Enter the Apple ID password for your account, click View Account, then choose Edit next to Payment Information.
