Q: Installing Windows 7 With Bootcamp on Yosemite

I am trying to install Windows 7 with Bootcamp on Yosemite. I have a mid 2010 13 inch Macbook Pro upgraded with 8gb RAM and an Samsung SSD. I have tried to install Windows using a DVD and an USB, but in both cases the Windows installation won't start and I get the Blue Screen Of Death on startup Or the Windows installation freezes after some time, if I am lucky enough to get it to boot Windows. I am using the latest bootcamp version and I have updated the drivers from Apple. I am also formatting the bootcamp drive (partition) before the Windows installation.

Any ideas why this happens and how I can get Windows to run smoothly?

Can you verify the integrity of the ISO/DVD using MD5Sum/SHA1 with the source? If the DVD was burnt on your Mac from an ISO, please ensure that the speed of the run was the same as the rate supported by the media.

Do you have any Graphics issues when using OS X?
