I am trying to access an old itunes account but do not remember the password and no longer have access to the original email address. What can I do?

I have tried this link already but it only sends an email reminder to the registered email address that I no longer have access to.
Use the second link I posted. Nobody on these boards can help you get back into it except by supplying ways of contacting Apple.
