Q: Camera problems Iphone 4s

My front and back camera haven't worked on snapchat for around 4 months, but my front camera works when it is in normal camera mode. I have tried everything near enough to get them both working but nothing has seemed to work has anybody got an suggestions on how to get them working?

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.3
