I ordered a Gems in Clash of Clan game .. But i didn't get my gems .. Team support of the game told me " You should to contact Apple support to refund of your order " please help me

If you are having issues with an in-app purchase in a 3rd party app, you may find the information and troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful. Hi,

U sent me the bill for my order but, i didnt recive my gems in the game yet? What do i need to do.

As mentioned, if you have done all the steps in that article, you may need to contact iTunes Support directly. The link should be at the bottom of that article.
